Environmental Compliance Audits

These audits are often done for new clients to determine the compliance status of a facility. We typically look at all environmental areas – wastewater, air, solid waste, hazardous waste, CERCLA, groundwater, stormwater, etc. to determine if a facility is meeting the state and federal requirements. A comprehensive report is prepared outlining the findings and recommending action as appropriate.

Phase I, Phase II Reports

We review these assessments (performed by others) to provide a second opinion as to the meaning and importance of the findings. These reviews may be done for either the buyer or seller of industrial or commercial property.
